We (Mr.) Rohit (father) & (Mrs.) Saraswati (mother), hereby declare that all the information given by us is absolutely correct, true and authentic. We also ensure that our ward will always follow college rules & regulations and follow one dress code assigned by the college. If any of the above information is found wrong or our ward is found indulged in any kind of activity which is against college rules, then college authority has full right to cancel the admission of my ward at any time during his/ her course. Fee deposited will not be refunded at any cost. College provides transportation facilities for students who opt for it. This facility will be provided for at least one year. In case of withdrawn from the college transport the student is liable to pay twelve month's transport fee. Remaining amount of Caution Money will be refunded (if any) after the completion of course.
